Esplanade at Rivergrass will be home to an 18-hole championship-level golf course complete with a pro shop and snack shack.

Rate Description
- Please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes early to allow time for check-in and warm-up.
- Upon arrival, please drop off your golf clubs at our bag drop, where our Guest Services team will be happy to assist with loading them onto your cart.

Each golf cart is equipped with a state-of-the-art GPS system calibrated to every flag, along with a cooler stocked with ice, tees, a pencil, scorecard, towels, and waters.
- Must have valid driver’s license to drive the golf car.
- Rates include golf cart, greens fees and warm up range balls prior to your round.
- Tax of 6% is added to every rate.
- Rates vary depending on specific tee time booked and may change without notice.
- Online special rates are only available when booking a reservation online.

- Twilight rate starts approximately 2 hours prior to sunset, which your not guaranteed to finish all 9 holes.
- Golf Carts need to be in by Sunset.
- Each player must have their own set of clubs.

If your plans change, we kindly ask that you modify or cancel your reservation in advance so we may accommodate other golfers.
- When rain prevail and cause termination of play, a rain check for that days greens fee and cart fees will be issued. A rain check will be issued for the pro-rated amount of the uncompleted holes. Rain checks will only be issued immediately after the termination of play and it will be at the sole responsibility of the players to request a rain check. Rain checks wont be eligible after 12 holes of play.
General Rules
- The Club shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to any private property used or stored on the Club premises.
- Every Member of the Club shall be liable for any property damage and/or personal injury at the Club, or any activity or function operated, organized, arranged, or sponsored by the Club, caused by the Member, any guest, or family Member. Members shall pay the cost of such damage promptly upon receipt of a statement from the Club.
- Any Member, Guest, or other person who, in any manner, makes use of or accepts the use of any apparatus, appliance, facility, privilege or service whatsoever owned, leased, or operated by the Club, or who engages in any contest, game, function, exercise, competition or other activity operated, organized, arranged or sponsored by the Club, either on or off the Club’s premises, shall do so at his or her own risk, and shall hold the Club, its Board of Directors, officers, employees, representatives, and agents harmless from any loss, cost, claim, injury, damage or liability sustained or incurred by him or her, resulting therefrom and/or from any act or omission of any director, officer, employee, representative or agent of the Club.
- Members must not request special services from Club employees who are on duty.
- The roster or list of Members in the Club shall not be used or given to anyone by management or by a Club Member for any reason whatsoever and shall be furnished only to Members for social purposes or Club business.
- All complaints, criticisms, or suggestions of any kind relating to any of the operations of the Club must be in writing, signed, and addressed to the General Manager.
- Members and their Guest(s) may not abuse any of the Club’s employees verbally or otherwise. All service employees of the Club are under the supervision of the GM, and no Member or Guest shall reprimand or discipline any employee or send any employee off the Club facilities for any reason. Any employee not rendering courteous and prompt service should be reported to the GM immediately.
- The Club and such facilities as may be contemplated shall be open on such days and during such hours as may be promulgated from time to time by the Club. The decision as to the availability of facilities and services shall be determined by the Club, based in part upon the extent of Member participation at certain times and the economic viability of the operation of the facilities at certain times.
- No Member may remove any property belonging to the Club from the Club premises without authorization.
- Rollerblading, bicycling, or skateboarding are not permitted on the Club property at any time.
- Fishing from the fairway sides of the ponds is not permitted.
- Walking and jogging on the golf course are not permitted at any time.
- Expletive or offensive language will not be tolerated.
- All credit books from the prior year must be used in total by December 31st of the following year.
Golf and Cart Rules
- All play will start on the first tee (except shotgun starts) unless approval is obtained to start on the tenth tee from the Pro Shoppe. Such players, after finishing the 18th hole, will not have absolute rights to the first tee. Such players must obtain their proper place from the Pro Shoppe.
- Practice is not allowed on the golf course. The driving range and the pitching and putting greens will be used for all practice. The use of practice areas is limited to Members and Rivergrass Golf Pass holders on the day of play and to paid daily fee customers on the day of play upon payment of the range fee.
- A group failing to keep its place on the course and losing more than one hole on the group ahead must allow the following group to play through.
- A single player has no standing and shall give way to a foursome or match of any kind.
- Slow Play — Players are required to maintain a pace of play that keeps them up with the group in front of them. Rangers and/or Golf Shop Staff consistently monitor the speed of play and are required to enforce the following policy for the pleasure and enjoyment of the entire field:
- First Offense: The group has fallen behind the group in front of them and has fallen behind the allotted time limit for their position on the course. The ranger will indicate your group is out of position and that you need to catch up to the group in front.
- Second Offense: The group has not improved their position. The ranger will approach the group and inform them of their second warning and that the next offense will require them to skip an entire hole.
- Third Offense: The group has been warned properly and has not improved their position. The ranger will escort the group to the next hole.
- Each player must have a set of golf clubs.
- No coolers or outside food & beverage are allowed on the golf course. All food & beverages must be purchased from the Club as specified in these Rules and Regulations.
- Club-provided golf carts are not to be used off the course or within any residential area. GPS will stop the cart if entering a residential area.
- No more than two people and no more than two sets of golf clubs per cart are permitted. Only one Club-owned cart in a twosome and no more than two Club-owned carts in a threesome or foursome are permitted.
- Golf cart paths must be used where provided. At all other times, carts must drive in the rough and remain there until arriving adjacent to the player’s ball; then cross the fairway using the 90-degree rule, returning to the nearest rough area after playing the shot.
- Except on a path, do not drive carts near greens, tees, or closely mowed approach area to the green. Golf carts must stay on paths on all Par Threes at all times.
- Golf carts are restricted to specific areas of the golf course when conditions do not permit for 90 degrees. GPS will notify you when entering a restricted area and ask you to reverse until clear.
- Do not drive carts into or through a hazard.
- Always avoid soft areas on the entire course.
- Exercise caution when operating a golf cart, especially around low-hanging tree branches and other obstacles, to prevent damage or injury. The safe operation of a golf cart is the responsibility of the operator. If a Club-provided cart sustains damage due to the actions of a Member or a Member’s guest, the cost of repairs will be charged to the responsible party. This includes, but is not limited to, damages such as ripped upholstery, cigar or cigarette burns on upholstery, cracked windshields, scrapes, and other cart-related issues
- All Club-provided golf carts must be returned to the cart return area immediately upon completion of the round of golf.
- Obey all directional signs and honor all “roped off” areas.
- Park carts on the pavement when using the practice areas. During times of congestion, park carts on the widened areas of the pavement so that those players wishing to pass may do so without leaving the pavement.
- Private carts are prohibited on the golf course. Private cart parking will be available at designated areas of the Club.
- Replace all divots with sand provided on all carts.
- The Golf Professional will determine handicap cart privileges. Handicap carts are not permitted within 20 yards of a green.
- Ball hawking is not allowed on the golf course at any time.
- All players who stop after playing nine holes for any reason must occupy the next tee before the following players arrive at the tee, or they will lose their position on the golf course.
- The Golf Course Superintendent is authorized to determine when the golf course is fit for play. This decision shall be final. In the Superintendent's absence, the Golf Professional on duty shall make this decision.

Golf Course & Practice Facility Dress Code
- Collared shirts, mock turtlenecks, or golf-specific shirts are required.
- Trousers, tailored shorts (no more than 4 inches above the knee).
- Properly fitting golf shoes with soft spikes must be worn.
- Denim, sweatpants, cargo shorts/pants, and athletic-style shorts are not permitted.
- Hats should be worn with the brim facing forward.
Women:
- Collared shirts, golf-specific tops, or blouses are required. Sleeveless tops are acceptable provided they have a collar or a tailored neckline.
- Tailored shorts, skirts, skorts, or golf pants are allowed. Skirt lengths must be appropriate for the setting.
- Properly fitting golf shoes with soft spikes are required.
- Denim, sweatpants, and athletic-style shorts are not permitted.
- Hats should be worn with the brim facing forward.
- Clothing must be clean, neat, and in good condition at all times.
- The Club’s management reserves the right to ask any member or guest to modify their attire if it does not meet the standards set forth by the Club.
- On-course attire should be appropriate and focused on ensuring comfort, mobility, and respect for the game of golf.
